Today, I lead a team of seven across two time zones on the AI Patterns and Frameworks team at Workday, collaborating closely with Research, Analytics and Design team, and the AI Experience Platform. Before joining Workday, I was a Senior UX researcher at AmTrust Innovation Labs and Senior UX designer and researcher at Each&Other. As a UX consultant, I created experiences for clients including Google, Verizon Telematics, Bord Gáis Energy, and Zurich

I hold a BDes in Industrial Design (2009) from the National College of Art and Design, a Masters in User Experience Design (2017) and a certificate in Interaction Design (2015) from IADT, and a certificate in Leadership and Team Enablement (2024) from TUD.

As part of my masters’ project, my thesis investigated the effect of chatbot personalities and how they influenced a user’s experience with an emphasis on banking.

I previously volunteered with IxDA as a Local Leader, organising design events for Dublin’s UX community.
